I was working in Big Law when I lost my taste for expense-account lunches and left it to write. I earned my MFA in creative writing from The New School in 2021.

When I’m not writing I’m helping foster youth transition to adulthood with CASA NYC, fussing over the chickens in my neighborhood community garden, and trying to keep up with my husband.
